Training – Accredited training for you at all stages of your journey. This ranges from an introduction module through to a level 3 award for enterprise mentors and tailored options for career mentors.
Collaboration – The opportunity to meet other mentors through the next stages of training, continuing professional development (CPD) modules and networking events.

Ongoing development – Accredited CPD (continuing professional development) modules in various areas to suit your needs including areas such as business confidence, people skills, strategy and digital.
Collaboration - Mentor collaboration and knowledge growth through selected networking events.

New mentor programmes – Design and guidance on all aspects of your planned mentoring programme. New mentoring programmes for areas including career mentoring, enterprise mentoring, business mentoring and CSR mentoring.
Specialist mentoring – Design and guidance on all aspects of your planned mentoring programme covering areas such as diversity and inclusion, peer to peer mentoring, supply chain mentoring, speed mentoring, mentoring events and reverse mentoring.
New business support programmes - Design and guidance on all aspects of your planned programme and an optional accredited course on business support.
Existing mentor/ business support programmes – Review and guidance on your programme to international standards and best practice including looking at all areas of your teams as a mentors, champion mentors, mentor managers and other mentor leaders. Find out more here.
