It was brilliant holding our first Leapfrog Mountain ‘Meet Up’ in Bristol. As part of our membership offer we bring together small networks of like-minded business leaders, entrepreneurs, non-exec directors and mentors.
This time we held breakout sessions with experienced non-exec Nicola Dunne talking about what it means to be a non-exec in practice and with Adam Shaw a communications expert sharing key best practice on pitching and presentation skills. I shared insights on developing and improving your mentoring practice, how to become a non-exec director with a portfolio career and the power of collaboration.
The feedback made it all worthwhile as everyone said they had gained insights, knowledge and great connections. So, the power of collaboration worked!
Our membership includes training, one to one guidance sessions and continuing professional development so there is a lot to help your work and growth aspirations.
